About My Clients
My clients often find themselves in navigating challenges in their relationships with themselves and others, life transitions, and struggling with feeling misunderstood. You may be struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and pressure from societal expectations, or looking to heal from trauma but unsure of where to start. I seek to hold a nonjudgmental and warm space for clients where they can come as they are and receive affirming support.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy pulling from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and narrative therapy to co-create a strengths-based approach that matches each Client's individual needs. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and my Bachelors in Sociology & Gender Studies from Arcadia University near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
