About My Clients

I enjoy working with those that are faced with anxiety, panic, depression, major life transitions, and interpersonal relationship troubles. If you work with me, progress will be made toward your goals through mindfulness tools that you can use every day. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques like ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, and attachment theory. The path to healing never takes a straight course but I will help you through the rough patches.

My Background and Approach

I offer a humanistic, client-centered approach and find that the best work is done when there is a good relational foundation between the therapist and client. I hope to help clients become the truest versions of themselves through the exploration of values, meaning, and relationships. As a student of Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy at Naropa University, I believe that much of our shared suffering is caused by a disconnection with nature, and that we can heal through our connection to the earth and all beings. I love to use nature themes and visualizations, and bring natural objects into the therapy session. My life’s purpose is to help relieve suffering and create more happiness in my own life as well as the lives of all I come into contact with.
