My passion is in supporting children, teens and young adults through common obstacles such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, divorce/family changes, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, body image, etc.
My Background and Approach
I shape my approach around my client and what works uniquely for them! I favor narrative and solution-focused techniques, but again, I cater and shape my treatment plan and interventions towards whatever will benefit my client best.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a firm believer of unconditional positive regard and helping people live out the best version of themselves. I have learned through my experiences at a crisis center and the Suicide Prevention Line, that all we all simply need someone to listen, to validate, and to love. I want to be that provider for all of my clients, no matter the background or experiences.
