My Background and Approach
As a counselor-in-training, I approach our work through Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). These frameworks help me understand your story, develop a sense of meaning, and implement practical tools that fit into your life. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and we’ll figure out what works best for you—together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of our work will be collaboration—creating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow, heal, or simply figure things out at your own pace. I’m excited to work with clients of all backgrounds, genders, and orientations. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating multicultural and international identities, career and educational transitions, athletics, and food/body image concerns.
