Meghan Shea (she/her)

I am a seasoned, experienced therapist, dedicated to helping my clients toward their goals. My clients see me as someone who is caring, calm, empathic, and someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile. I work hard to create a safe, trusting space where you can share freely. I will do my absolute best to assist you toward achieving your goals. I am dedicated to providing the most competent , up-to-date treatment possible, and take my role as your therapist seriously. I am a trauma-informed therapist, and bilingual in Spanish. I also integrate a lot of mindfulness and relaxation skills. We will work together to find the right modality for you, and we will do what works for you. I am a down-to-earth therapist with a toolbox full of skills and techniques to help you feel hope, and approach life skillfully and with joy.

I believe everyone is deserving of hope, healing, and the life they want. I also recognize the many systems of oppression, such as white supremacy and the patriarchy, and structural inequity that are real, serious obstacles toward living that full, joyful life you want. I strive every day to do anti-racism, to do-ally-ship, and work daily to own and recognize the many ways my white, cisgender, heterosexual privilege shows up in the therapy room and beyond. I am a LGBTQ+ ally, and am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, and I celebrate and affirm all identities. I am a Feminist therapist. I am also passionate about working to end violence against women, and working with survivors to walk alongside them as they choose their own empowered path toward healing and justice in a way that feels right for them . I believe survivors. I strive to be non-judgmental, accepting, and validating, and am always striving to create a saf(er) space for you to be you in the therapy room.
