My Background and Approach
I incorporate different therapy styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps with challenging negative thoughts and behaviors, Narrative Therapy, which focuses on re-authoring stories you tell about your life, as well as Psychodynamic approaches, which look at how past experiences might affect you in the present. My specialties include: gender, sexuality, relationships, relationship conflict, poly/non-monogamy, kink, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem.
