My Background and Approach

Therapy with me involves establishing goals together. I view therapy as a collaborative process. My top therapeutic interventions include Play Therapy, CBT, PCIT, EFT, and Motivational Interviewing. In our therapy sessions, we will collaborate closely to set meaningful and achievable goals tailored to your unique needs. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a partnership between us, fostering open communication and mutual understanding. To support your journey, I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Play Therapy, which uses creative play to help children express their feelings; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), designed to identify and change negative thought patterns; Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which focuses on improving the parent-child relationship; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), aimed at enhancing emotional connections in relationships; and Motivational Interviewing, a technique to inspire and engage individuals in their

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is fundamentally a collaborative process, where both the therapist and the individual work together toward the individual's personal growth and healing. In this partnership, it is essential for individuals to recognize that they have the power to influence their own journey. This sense of agency allows them to actively participate in their healing. Moreover, I am convinced that every person possesses unique strengths and qualities that may not be immediately apparent. It’s not uncommon for individuals to overlook their own capabilities, especially during challenging times. Through therapy, we can identify and highlight these strengths, empowering individuals to harness them as tools for positive change and resilience.
