About My Clients

You’re feeling disconnected—from yourself, your partner, or the world around you. Navigating challenges with trust, communication, trauma, parenting, or identity has left you feeling lost and unsure. Other therapies haven’t brought the deep healing and connection you long for. You want a space where you, or you and your loved one, can go deeper, grow your understanding, and transform the connections that matter most. You also want a therapist who affirms your neurodifferences and identity.

My Background and Approach

I am an experiential, somatic therapist specializing in couples and other relationship styles. I also enjoy working with individuals who are seeking a deeper relationship to their inner systems, their bodies, or who may have felt stuck in other therapy modalities. I have a strong passion for supporting other healers, therapists, and practitioners as clients. Together we will listen, slow down, and receive the messages from your system and offer attuned space for all parts. Our bodies and minds automatically know how to cope, soothe, respond, and connect. If we had traumatic or mis-attuned environments in our upbringing, this impacts the paths that our bodies and minds go down which can often result in some destabilizing experiences and grief. Together, we will create support and connection for the body and mind to form new pathways of connection, support, and acceptance. I am a Level 2 trained IFS Therapist, with additional training in somatic work, EFT, and experiential therapies.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that all people should be liberated and free, and that many of our societal systems are not supporting the people within them. It is important to acknowledge the oppressive systems that cause illness and disorder that many folks are living in. I welcome all parts of my clients and do not operate from a pathological perspective. I strive to foster an affirming space for all bodies, races, gender identities, sexualities, and belief systems. This commitment is demonstrated through my efforts of personal and professional growth. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am committed to anti-racist work. I acknowledge that I live on stolen land of Indigenous peoples and continue to learn about de-colonizing my lifestyle and my offering as a therapist. I enjoy singing, writing, playing guitar, playing in, and with nature. I believe in the power of listening to the natural rhythms of being alive and working with our environments in harmonious ways.
