About My Clients
I work with diverse adults coping with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief/loss, life transitions and more. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental and empathic atmosphere to ensure each person feels validated, supported and challenged. Together we utilize a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to increase awareness of thoughts and behaviors, and create healthy coping mechanisms in order to reach your full potential to live your most authentic life.
