About My Clients

The only constant in life is change, and it is a hard thing to navigate alone. Change can cause feelings of depression and anxiety, loneliness and worry, but it can also be a good thing. My goal is to support people as the navigate the changes in life. This might be a change in yourself, your relationships, family, career, ability, disability, processing trauma, or just trying to make it though the day. If you are ready to try and create a path for yourself I am ready to support you.

My Background and Approach

My counseling style is to lead with compassion, warmth and openness. While providing support and engagement to further your personal journey towards healing. My goal is to meet you where you are at and support your journey. Utilizing therapy practices based in, cognitive behavioral , mindfulness, systemic, narrative, creative, family systems, and group dynamics. I have specialization in working with people who are at transitional points in their life, change in relationships, career, and school. Other areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, parenting, separation, divorce, grief/loss, communication, LBGTQIA+, equity, self-advocacy, trauma, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to know and appreciate themselves. I value honesty, openness and being willing to explore self awareness. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable we create a pathway to strength, personal power, healing, and understanding.
