Asking for help can be scary; whatever you are facing is welcome and does not need to be faced alone.

About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients who want to be more in touch with their bodies. I use a somatic framework, including Somatic Experiencing, to help individuals learn more about how trauma gets trapped in our nervous systems. I provide tools to help these patterns unwind. I'd love to support you if you are struggling with C-PTSD, addiction, codependency, grief, depression, nervous system dysregulation, building secure attachment within yourself and in relation to others, and LGBTQ+ issues.

My Background and Approach

I interweave exercises from Somatic Experiencing and body-based mindfulness practices into my work. I believe in the power of healing our inner family and will often use IFS and parts work in sessions. As a therapist, I work relationally and am client-centered. I believe the strength of the relationship we form together can create a ripple effect of healing in your relationships outside of the therapy room. I am in my advanced year of Somatic Experiencing training and am also a Reiki master and practice Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am working towards my Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology and researching the best somatic practices to bring embodiment and wholeness to those who are in the end-of-life process. If you have a terminal illness, are aging, or just want to feel more comfortable with the idea of death, I would love to work with you.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
