About My Clients

I became a therapist to offer nonjudgmental services to LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families as well as sex working individuals. I am currently accepting bi-weekly clients.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist, my work is informed by the values of consent, multicultural responsiveness, and sex positivity. I would describe my approach to be collaborative, systemic, and strengths based. I aim to create a connection with clients based in non judgment and centering the client’s autonomy. The frameworks I use in therapy are Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Values that inform my work are consent, multicultural responsiveness and sex positivity. Consent informs my therapy practice in check ins for fit, progress, and client considerations. It is important for me to go with the readiness of the client. In regard to multicultural responsiveness, every individual comes from their own unique cultural and experiential contexts and therapy is not about assuming there is a universal way of life, but rather meeting the client in the contexts they belong. Additionally my practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and aims to not make assumptions about identity, experience, and perspective and intends on supporting the whole individual. As a therapist I hold a nonpathologizing view on sexuality and is a BDSM/kink, consensual non monogamy, and sex work.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
