About My Clients
You wake up each morning feeling stuck and alone. The anxious thoughts just won't go away. Perhaps they are related to things going on in your life, or maybe they feel like they are coming out of nowhere. Either way, these feelings overwhelm you and you're just not sure what to do about it anymore. You notice that your relationships, work and even your ability to care for yourself are starting to be affected.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California (#115022) and have worked in the helping profession for the past five years. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master of Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I have experience working in schools, alcohol and drug treatment settings, diversion and reentry programs, and in private practice with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I integrate aspects of Brainspotting, ACT, CBT, narrative, psychodynamic, existential and mindfulness to individualize each client’s care.
