About My Clients
My clients usually have experienced trauma, grief, or intense emotions. However, they are motivated to improve overall functioning. This may include completing homework, purchasing recommended books, or following an evidence-based protocol. Trauma therapy is typically intense work and requires perseverance. People that also need help with emotion regulation and stress management would also be an ideal client.
