About My Clients
I provide individual therapy to adults, and my practice specializations include stress management and mood disruption; identity development; and interpersonal, social, and/or structural violence and healing.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrated therapeutic orientation to support individuals in developing increased comfort with their emotional experiences, enhancing the quality of their relationships with others, and developing skills to promote their well being and growth. My therapy practices are informed by relational, psychodynamic, and feminist treatment theories. In addition to my experience as a therapist, I have also worked as a clinical educator in the departments of Social Work and Human Development at Binghamton University.
