About My Clients

You are finding your bearings in a world where it’s hard to belong or feel safe. You may have felt overwhelmed, broken, wrong, bad, or ashamed. Together we will move lovingly, peeling back systems of oppression, intergenerational wounds, and personal trauma--to discover who you are on your own terms. We all have different ways of coping with violence and disconnect in this world. In our work together, we will go deeply to feel what’s been hurting. We will ground in safety, love, and belonging.

My Background and Approach

I come to my practice blessed with embodied wisdom from therapists and teachers who changed my life. I believe in liberatory healing work. Realness, connection, love, creativity, and a sense of humor are essential to my therapy style. I ground in an anti-oppressive, social justice lens; I work with clients to unlearn stories of worthlessness from our dominant culture. Guided by mindfulness, connection, and authenticity, I collaborate with clients to recover/discover their powerful loveability. OTHER SALIENT IDENTITIES: White, Queer, Pansexual, Cis-Womxn, Ashkenazi Jewish, Hebrew and Arabic speaker, aspiring Yiddishist, Palestine solidarity organizer, granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, nature connection mentor, visual and performance artist, poet, navigator of chronic pain My work is informed by AEDP, narrative therapy, youth empowerment, attachment work, Hakomi, expressive arts, nature connection, InterPlay, harm reduction, disability justice, and transformative justice.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to being with whatever you bring into the room: a curious co-explorer, a loving presence, an ally, and someone who sees and deeply cherishes each moment of healing work. Work with me includes full permission to be yourself and to be celebrated for being you. Our work is to root in resource and connection, feeling who you really are--together.
