You may have become trapped in patterns and habits that you want to overcome. Perhaps depression has you feeling isolated or lonely. These feelings are common, but these struggles don’t have to be permanent. By utilizing your strengths, you can learn to manage and gain control of your emotions and inner self.
My Background and Approach
My background is in humanistic and person centered therapy. I am eager to help you improve your mental health and together we will create a safe space to do so. I will be focused on helping you lead the life that you want within a nonjudgmental environment. I am equipped to help you explore your inner self and figure out your internal motivations. I am also fully trained in EMDR for trauma and PTSD.
