About My Clients
Do you struggle with self-critical thoughts, feelings, and beliefs? Have you experienced traumatic events that seem to follow you in your everyday life? Do you hold marginalized identities and find that truly safe spaces can be hard to come by? If so, you are not alone! These challenges are much more common than you might realize, and I am here to facilitate your healing process.
My Background and Approach
I work with adolescents (14+), and adults from a trauma-informed, multicultural framework that incorporates acceptance and commitment therapy, relational cultural therapy, and attachment theory. As a young queer person of color, I provide a therapeutic atmosphere that is affirming, supportive, understanding, honest, and sometimes humorous for individuals from all walks of life. I am here to help you to liberate yourself from self-hatred and shame, regardless of where you come from and what identities you hold. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, complex/childhood trauma, children of immigrants, and low self-esteem.
