We all experience challenges and struggle at times. Therapy can help navigate the complexities of life, our patterns, struggles, and pains. Therapy can help clients find balance and relief as well as a sense of hope and purpose in life.
My Background and Approach
My focus is to help people heal and transform old patterns of self-doubt and develop clarity, confidence and courage to reach their goals. using a variety of therapeutic approaches including somatic, brainspotting, mindfulness, Safe and Sounds Protocol, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing. I use the principles of polyvagal theory to support clients in understanding their nervous system to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
