With a strong background in working with adolescents, parents, and individuals navigating life transitions, I understand the unique challenges that come with change, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. As a therapist, and as someone who has personally experienced life’s ups and downs, I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy to my work. My approach is integrative and client-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to your specific needs and goals. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Feminist Therapy, among others. This allows me to provide a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you move through life's challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion, and clarity.
