Our time is always your nonjudgmental space for you to share whatever is going on, learn some coping skills, and process traumatic and negative events. I'm trained in EMDR and love using it in sessions to see major changes for clients!
My Background and Approach
I have training in many different techniques. One is EMDR, which allows your brain to reprocess negative life events and decrease symptoms. EMDR can be used in many other ways as well, besides trauma. During our sessions, my goal is to help meet you where you are on your journey to finding overall wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that each person that I see is a unique individual. By doing this, I create an individualized approach throughout our sessions. I frequently encourage my clients to utilize art and writing in expressing their thoughts and feelings.
