About My Clients
Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. My clients seek more than symptom relief—they want deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Grounded in mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I help clients understand their patterns, build resilience, and live with greater intention.
My Background and Approach
I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate life’s challenges while making sense of your past. With my background in developmental psychology, I utilize attachment based theories to help clients explore how early experiences shape emotions, relationships, and self-perception, balancing both insight oriented work with practical tools for the present. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I create a space for self-discovery, change and healing. You don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here when you’re ready.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify strongly with the values of the social work profession and am committed to life-long learning, cultural humility, critical self-reflection, and advancing social justice. My practice is grounded in mindfulness and intentional living and is informed by my background in early childhood education and development. I strive to balance deeper, insight oriented work with concrete skills and tools to support growth and meaningful change in the present.
