Using techniques rooted in awareness and the present-moment, I work with clients collaboratively and individually to uncover the powerful, ever-present inner wisdom and capacities that exist within them, beneath the layers of conditioning and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in guiding individuals into their own, naturally balanced state of wellbeing. Drawing from trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities, I empower my clients to be easeful creators of their own healing and growth, no matter what they have or are currently experiencing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have a natural capacity for healing and wellbeing. I see my job as one of empowerment: I use my clinical expertise to support clients in their personal journeys of healing, growth, and self-actualization, and I trust that every client is the expert on their experience. While therapeutic technique is important, I believe that the quality of relationship one has with their therapist is the clearest indicator of how impactful the therapy will be. You may have heard people say: "make sure you find a good fit". A "good fit" with a therapist means, in part, a relationship that feels trusting, relaxing, and enlivening - it's a gut feeling about your therapist that you may feel right away, or may develop with time.
