My Background and Approach
I am a true believer that we all could benefit from having a space to discuss and process what is going on in our lives. I create a therapeutic space free from judgement that is safe and affirming of who you are. I approach the process of healing with curiosity to help you build self-awareness and make positive life changes. I specialize in relationship, dating, and intimacy work because of the awesome transformative potential created by human connections.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I began my journey working in sexual health education and dating coaching in 2014. I completed my masters of Social Work at the University of Michigan in 2018. I have worked in a variety of settings including the University of Michigan and mental health agencies. I value working in private practice where your treatment can be truly tailored to you. I have specialized training in the fields of sexuality, romantic relationships and fertility/pregnancy related concerns. I hold a certificate from the Sexual Health Certificate Program, Sex Therapy track from the University of Michigan. I am also a DONA trained birth doula (support person for birthing people). I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
