My approach includes evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Committment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused Therapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy sessions are a place to embrace who you are, and to celebrate and grow your community. This is a supportive space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community, for women, POC, persons with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and for those from other commonly marginalized groups.
