About My Clients

I’m passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, non-traditional relationships (yes, polyamory and ethical non-monogamy are valid), women’s health issues, and educational advocacy. Women’s issues, in particular, are close to my heart – whether it’s navigating the unique challenges of gender identity, reproductive health, or finding your voice in a world that often tries to silence you, I’m here to help support and empower you on your journey.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep respect for your unique experiences. I am solution focused and use trauma-informed, person-centered methods to help you explore your past while focusing on the present and future. No matter what you're going through, my goal is to offer compassionate, non-judgmental support.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist who uses narrative therapy, my goal is to help you tell your own story in a way that empowers you. If you’ve been struggling with grief or finding it difficult to process life’s challenges, I bring a solution-focused approach to help you create meaningful goals and build your resilience. And yes, humor is part of the process – because sometimes the best way to heal is with a little laughter.
