About My Clients
I specialize in working with queer and trans individuals and relational units (couples and polycules), and particularly enjoy working with folks exploring gender and sexuality. I also work with individuals who are navigating relationships/polyamory, sexual identity and sexual health, neurodivergence, and complex trauma.
My Background and Approach
I center my work around anti-colonialism & anti-capitalism, anti-racism, and queer liberation. I believe in the power of presence, connection, and laughter. As a queer clinician, I work from an affirming, sex positive, trauma-informed, and client-centered lens, taking influences from existential theory, attachment theory, queer ecofeminism, relational, and mindfulness and somatic approaches. I value connecting to nature and the natural world as a therapeutic approach.
