My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Person-Centered Therapy. I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, and individuals navigating identity-related challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should have a space to freely express themselves, and through my practice I hope to be at least one such place for any client of mine. I am a strong believer in LGBT rights, and as a bisexual man myself, I feel it is important to be someone for such people that might need a non-judgmental ear to listen.
