Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious? My goal is to provide individuals with guidance towards learning healthy coping skills and positive strategies to improve their quality of life. I specialize in treating adults with a variety of challenges including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy allows individuals to change unhealthy thought patterns, cope with overwhelming emotions and improve motivation. My background and clinical training are primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I also incorporate Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy into my practice.
