I believe in cultivating a safe,nonjudgemental space where clients feel supported as they explore their challenges and strengths. My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-informed, strength based therapist that integrates various approaches for the best personalized care such as somatic therapy, DBT,CBT, to address mental health concerns related to anxiety, stress related disorders, relationship difficulties and life transitions. The most important part of the therapeutic relationship is unlocking the vulnerability and the acceptance to be yourself in this space.

I am a culturally sensitive clinician and apart of the BIPOC community. I support the LGBTQ+ and non-binary community.
