About My Clients

If you're reaching out to me, it's likely that you're seeking support for challenges like relationship difficulties, anxiety, work stress/burnout, self-esteem issues, breakups/divorce, processing childhood trauma, and coping with grief and loss. You may have faced tough life experiences, and you're looking for relief, a stronger sense of well-being, and the possibility of forming deeper, more connected relationships with both yourself and your loved ones.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in fostering positive transformations and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. My approach is rooted in a blend of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parts work. I am particularly adept at helping clients develop greater self-esteem, cultivate healthier and stronger personal relationships, enhance emotional intelligence, gain clarity regarding life and career paths, and build assertiveness. My focus extends to increasing resilience and overall well-being by addressing challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, unhelpful behaviors, depression, and negative thought patterns. Additionally, I have a specialized expertise in Lifespan Integration, offering targeted support for individuals dealing with trauma and PTSD. My commitment is to provide a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore their unique journeys toward healing and growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in therapy in part because I have seen my share of pain and grief in this life. And I have personally experienced the incredible healing that can come from a safe, secure, and authentic therapeutic relationship. I know what it’s like to wonder if someone can understand what you’ve been through, to wonder if you can trust them to hold the complexity of your story. I see the therapeutic relationship as a place to practice building that trust with someone over time, and to accept genuine care and authentic connection from a deeply compassionate source. Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy, my goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and to empower you to create a more meaningful and satisfying life.
