About My Clients
I have been practicing therapy for 6 years in various settings, with diverse populations. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, women's issues, relationship issues, LGBTQ+, life transitions, family problems, chronic illness, career challenges, bipolar and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing , and Solution-Focused Therapy), as well as alternative practices, such as mindfulness and meditation to achieve a holistic level of wellness. I am here to collaborate with you and together we will work to reach your goals.
