I use Socratic questioning to spark deeper reflection and self-awareness, psychoanalysis and attachment theory to explore and understand your relationship patterns, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts. My goal is to guide you in developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
