About My Clients
I work with people from all walks of life who are looking to build (or re-build) their connection to themselves and others. My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, depression, self-worth, perfectionism, exploring their identities, trauma, and relationship issues. I welcome adults, teens, and couples for therapy in our office in Southlake. I also offer online therapy (you may have heard the term "teletherapy") so if you live elsewhere in Texas or have a busy schedule, help is still in reach.
My Background and Approach
My primary role is to create an empathetic, safe, and collaborative space. Together we will examine parts of your past, challenges in the present, and hopes for the future while honoring your intersecting identities and natural strengths. I'll hold space for you to cry, vent, make jokes, or swear — while helping you to deconstruct unhelpful patterns, set healthier boundaries, heal trauma, and embrace your most authentic self. I draw from multiple modalities to personalize your care based on your needs. Through evidence -based techniques, my goal is to help you find clarity and healing while creating meaningful and sustainable change.
