About My Clients
My practice is as expansive as identities are! I service BIPOC & TGNC communities as well as communities associated with non-monogamy/polyamory, kink/BDSM, and sex work. My clients typically are working through trauma, anxiety, depression and challenges with self awareness & self acceptance. No matter one's identity or experience, we will co-create an environment where you feel safe, seen, heard, and held.
My Background and Approach
My approach to the work is strengths based, honest, understanding and at times playful. I believe that having a safe and affirming place to land while we navigate the complexities of life is necessary. In my time doing this work, I have made it my priority to understand people’s nuances, work with clients to find balance and create emotional organization. I utilize tools and “homework” throughout my practice however my primary focus is on ensuring that we have a curated space for honesty and intentionality with ourselves during our sessions. I utilize a holistic approach, pulling from trauma focused -CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness and IFS.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My primary goal is to create a safer space that will allow individuals to feel understood, accepted and heard, while working together to manage our internal and external barriers to joy and fulfillment. With true connection, grace, and intention we all have the capacity to achieve our behavioral, mental, and emotional growth goals. I believe that liberation and wellbeing are inherently interconnected, that community is an essential but challenging component to facilitate wellbeing and that awareness of self and the practice of holding loving boundaries is a requirement for alignment.
