Hi there! My names is Vanessa Jones (she/her), and I am a licensed therapist located in Denver, CO.

Simply put, my clients are the best! They trust me to hold space with whatever they bring into the therapy room. My goal is to create a safe environment where you will feel care an acceptance. Together, we will work toward the goals that you set. I work with clients ages 12+ and take a trauma-informed approach to all of my work.
I take a strengths-based approach and help clients connect to their inherent wisdom.
I take a systems-based approach in our work. Together, we will examine how experiences in your family has shaped how you show up in your relationships today. We will work on healthy communication and boundary skills to improve relationships. If necessary, we can also engage in family therapy to help improve qualities in the family system.
