My Background and Approach
I’ve been a licensed psychotherapist since 2007 and draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—both with ourselves and with others. Clients often share that they feel truly seen in our work together and leave therapy with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
