About My Clients
Therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're tackling the ups and downs of life, navigating the rainbow of LGBTQ+ experiences, or simply exploring who you are, therapy should be tailored to fit you. As a neurodivergent and queer-identifying therapist, I understand the importance of feeling understood. I work with my clients to help find the best approaches and tools to fit them. Together, we can make YOUR therapy a haven for growth and opportunity.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University in 2022. I started my internship in 2020, working with children and teens in a nonprofit setting. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of ages, cultural backgrounds, sexualities, and beliefs. I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist and pull from a variety of approaches to find tools that best suit my client's needs. Using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Theory, Feminist Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more, I work with clients to find the skills that work best for them. I believe that therapy should be a collaboration between the client and the therapist. My goal is to make sure every individual feels seen, heard, and understood.
