My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working with both children and adults, helping them overcome challenges such as depression, trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing. In my practice, I primarily utilize CBT techniques to help clients identify and transform unhealthy thought patterns, enabling them to change unproductive behaviors and emotional responses. This approach empowers clients to better manage their emotions, improve their mental well-being, and ultimately create lasting positive change in their lives.
