My expertise lies in aiding individuals, children, and families in discovering their inner strengths to overcome life's challenges. Whether it's navigating a difficult relationship, past trauma, managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or coping with a major life transition, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University and I am in the process of completing training to become a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) for Nutritional and Integrative Medicine and an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) for Strength-based Interventions. These certifications will enable me to provide top-notch care and support for individuals from childhood to adulthood. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, from humanistic forms of therapy such as Narrative, Emotion-Focused, Solution-Focused, and Collaborative to more evidence-based behavioral therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), among others. Most importantly, I am dedicated to providing personalized care that works best for each client. My focus is on authenticity rather than perfection.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging experience, and I approach each session with empathy and compassion. My goal is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences and to provide them with the tools and support they need to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I feel honored to be a part of my client's journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
