My Background and Approach
I am here to help. You can just be you during this journey. I was trained in different modalities. That makes it easier to tailor sessions to your needs. I will be a witness to see your pain; a coach to teach you new ways to think, feel, and behave; a cheerleader to help you see your strengths. Most importantly, I will be your caring and non-judgmental teammate. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and was trained in IFS and DBT to better serve my clients. During the past 12 years, I was lucky to witness many people's changes. To see them thrive.
