I work with busy couples who are stuck in a cycle of miscommunication and disconnection that they don't know how to get out of. Many of my clients come to therapy at a time when career and family needs are pulling them away from being able to focus on their relationship. We start from the position that keeping a relationship strong requires work -- but the RIGHT kind of work. Week by week, topic by topic, we talk through stuckness and get to resolution.
Are you seeking deep, meaningful healing and relief from your suffering? Do you struggle with concerns like anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, depression, relationship dysfunction, addictive behaviors? Have you been feeling like you're just "white-knuckling" your way through life, rather than living fully and authentically?
I provide psychotherapy for individuals & couples. I have an office in San Francisco, California and see clients both in my office and online. I also work with Canadian clients and am a LCT, Licensed Counselling Therapist. My aim is to help you identify and understand past experiences and to assist you in making decisions to cultivate a life of satisfaction, meaning & peace.
When we heal we can step into a full-spectrum Self who has all the tools to live life fully and make magic. Have you tried regular talk therapy and felt like it didn't go anywhere or address the places where you feel stuck? Maybe you need something different that can help you discover what lies beneath the story within the body and spirit. I offer somatic therapy for healing trauma and anxiety. I also provide psychedelic integration and spiritual therapy to psychonauts and seekers alike.
I tend to attract clients who are experiencing anxious thoughts and rumination, cycles of addiction, or codependent relationships. These struggles are often ways we seek to meet our needs for comfort, connection, or stability, even if they don't always provide the lasting fulfillment we're looking for. It’s natural to seek comfort and connection in ways that feel familiar, and with understanding and support, we can uncover other ways to tend to those parts of you that long to be seen and met.

Healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I create a brave, supportive space to help you heal and grow. We’ll work together to process trauma, soothe anxiety, lift depression, and improve relationships, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and those who matter most. Together, we’ll untangle feelings of stuckness or pain in a way that leads to relief, clarity, and more fulfilling connections in your life.
I am passionate about working with: People of Color; Trans, non-binary, and genderqueer individuals, and their partners and families; Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Queer folks; Polyamorous and non-monogamous individuals, couples, families and other relationship configurations; Activists and organizers involved in social justice movements and struggles for liberation; and especially, people at the intersections of these categories.
Have you previously undergone therapy, but didn’t get the results you wanted? Are you a pragmatic person who values an approach that establishes well-defined objectives and delivers tangible outcomes? Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a potent form of therapy that empowers you the client to directly transform emotions and behaviors. The greatest advantage of IFS therapy is its establishment of clear, measurable goals right from the start. Which allows you to observe the progress you make.
My clients come to therapy for a wide variety of reasons. Many struggle with depression, anxiety, or past trauma. Others require assistance through difficult circumstances, such as relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and work or academic stress. Others feel lost and unsure of where to go next in life. All of them want relief, and all of them wish to be understood. I strive to help them in an understanding and compassionate way.
I believe in tailoring my approach to meet your needs, as everyones journey is unique. Throughout our sessions, I will work with you to explore the challenges you are facing and identify the underlying causes of your struggles. I draw from various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.

Is your relationship on the edge of separation? Perhaps you already have a stable relationship but you feel it should be better. There are scientifically proven strategies that we can utilize to support you in having a thriving relationship.
You're deeply caring, creative, and curious. And you feel stuck, not good enough, overwhelmed, hurting. Disconnected from the life you want. You may be in numbness and slowly suffocating in a deep hole. You may find yourself shutting down and avoiding things that are usually important to you. You may be facing a big life change that throws your sense of who you are. You could be struggling to start a family, or dealing with scary thoughts and emotional pain in pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond.
My clients typically feel like they are “too much”, their emotions are “too big”, and they are “too sensitive”. I invite clients to shift their thinking, and believe they are “enough” through a variety of approaches (see “my approach”). My clients are usually seeking treatment in order to increase their ability to “swim in the sea of emotions”, improve relationships with loved ones, and improve executive functioning skills (such as time management, accomplishing their to-do-list, ect).

You're looking for someone who will be straight with you. You like to be educated about psychological concepts to understand and support your growth and healing inside and outside of sessions. You want someone who sees your uniqueness and helps you dissipate the shame with ways you may feel insecure or inadequate. You want your therapist to be a real person with you in session, someone who shares stories about their own experience in life if it helps you grow.
Many of my clients are facing a crossroads when they begin therapy - embarking on parenthood, rethinking career choices; both craving and dreading a change. They are often struggling with anxiety in its many forms - panic, OCD, perfectionism, phobias, avoidance, etc. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming psychological assessments for adults exploring possible diagnoses or seeking better understanding of their emotional functioning and neurotype strengths and challenges.
Whether your struggle runs deep or is an interim situation, together we can create possibilities for you to manifest a life you love with the life you have. With support, you can rewrite your story as you embark on your inner quest of becoming more of who you really are. Our purpose together will be to make meaning out of your experiences, as well as highlight opportunities for symptom relief, expansion, and healing.
