Trauma can make you feel deeply alone, like no one could possibly understand you. You may worry that your struggles are too much to handle-many of us bear this burden in silence. You search for someone who understands that healing isn't linear-who holds space for your experiences. In session, we'll work at your pace, creating an environment where strength is amplified. Together, we can explore paths to healing that honor your journey as you reconnect with yourself.
I push people to connect more deeply with one another, and to understand more about what they need and desire from each other. Clients tell me that my ability to hold space for each of their perspectives and “translate” their experiences to one another helps them overcome the barriers they feel in communication. I am most successful with clients who want to increase their understanding of their situation, who are willing to change and grow, and who are open to being accountable.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood? If so, I would love to offer you a comfortable (virtual) space in which to get support. I enjoy working with people who are exploring neurodivergence (particularly autism and ADHD), gender identity, sexual orientation, or body image. I also connect well with people who are experiencing major life changes, chronic health conditions, or who are struggling with relationships and boundaries.
I like working with clients who want to heal through trauma that they have experienced. I work with clients who have C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, emotion dysregulation issues, low self-esteem, and limited emotional expression. I like to help clients develop emotional awareness, skills, and information on what can help you move forward on symptoms you are experiencing.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

I love working with: Kids and teens working through anxiety, depression, dysregulated emotions, trauma, understanding family dynamics, self-harm, and low self-esteem symptoms. Young adults and adults working through PTSD symptoms, anxiety, depression, generational trauma, working through chronic somatic systems, identifying boundaries, life transitions, building self-esteem, and working on healing self.
I mostly work with trans and polyamorous folks who are wanting to grow and improve their lives. You are good, and I believe that fear often clouds one’s goodness. So often blocks to wellness can be found in the parts of ourselves that we believe we must hide, shame, or disregard. Through shadow work and exploring the narratives that we live by, I work with my client's to reclaim their power and find wholeness.
I see clients of all ages. I help my clients navigate their lives and find meaning and purpose. I see clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family and parenting concerns, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, life transitions and grief. I often work with high-achieving student populations and understand the nuances of living in these types of environments.
Are you ready to build a more authentic life for yourself in 2025, one that reflects your growing sense of who you are? I specialize in working with clients exploring neurodiversity, autism, "giftedness", creativity, ADHD, queerness, relationships, perfectionism, gender, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an eclectic style tailored to each client, with experience in creating lasting, meaningful changes for folks who have previously had difficult therapeutic experiences or are new to therapy.
The ups and downs of everyday life can not only cause you uncertainty and exhaustion but can also make individuals feel stuck with what to do next. This can lead to us doubting our self-worth and our ability to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I am here to meet you where you are at in this moment. I want to lend you a listening ear and provide you comfort in knowing that you have my full support.

I am especially helpful for people who struggle with anxiety or self-esteem issues. If stress management matters to you, then I’m your gal. To me, it is important that therapy is not just about talking: it is also about taking action. You are dealing with specific problems. We will try specific approaches to work on them while learning and practicing adaptive strategies that you can utilize for the rest of your life.
On the journey through life we move through an ever changing landscape. We encounter both predictable challenges precipitated by typical life cycle events as well as the unpredictable and unexpected. Sometimes we veer off course, lose our way or hit a road block. Lifecycle Therapy provides the guidance needed to try a new path and find our way forward again. http://www.lifecycletherapyt.net
I work with a range of clients at this time - aged between 14 - 62. I work with male identified, female identified, and non-binary clients across various slices of life. I work best with folks looking for a change or striving towards transition. My clients are often looking for tools to help them along the way while also seeking to better understand themselves and how their past affects their present day.
I work with clients from college age and onward that are dealing with issues of sexuality and gender identity. I also work with clients dealing with religious trauma and/or investigating their own relationship with spirituality of all flavors. My style involves looking through the past to see how the narratives we tell ourselves affect our current lives.
Clients whom I’ve worked well with are often experiencing issues such as relationship problems, work stress/burnout, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional abuse/neglect, childhood trauma/injuries, work/secondary trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-sabotaging behaviors. I've worked with creative people, such as writers and actors, to help bring their work to fruition. I also work with people in the medical/mental health/health fields, and those that work in high-tempo environments.

I'm currently working with clients of all ages and identities within my affirming practice. My areas of special interest include LGBTQIA+ clients, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma and loss, gender identity and transition, sex and kink, blended families, disability, neurodivergence, and somatic experiencing. I am also available for case management, advocacy, and solution-focused consulting.
I am comfortable working with clients who are seeking help for stress, anxiety, depression, loss, or trauma. I have extensive experience working with relational, systemic, and complex trauma as well as LGBTQ+ identified individuals. I have worked with many people who are experiencing chronic health conditions and/or systemic or interpersonal harm.
I work with women who feel unheard, disconnected, or constrained by past experiences and societal expectations. If you struggle with self-doubt, relationships, intimacy, or reclaiming your desires, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll help you find your voice, embrace your needs, and build fulfilling, empowered connections.
I view the main vehicle for healing as connection: with me, with yourself, with your body, with others in your life, with your environment, and with broader structures and movements. If you're seeking to meet or become reacquainted with all parts of yourself without shame, I would be honored to serve as a supportive guide along the way. We will use therapy as a place to explore what possibilities open up for you when you feel your most connected, authentic, agentic, and free.
