I believe in setting clear therapy goals and using very effective, short-term therapy tools to help you feel better quickly, relating to issues including anxiety, PTSD, depression, and life stressors, as well chronic health issues including TBI and stroke recovery. I created a sleep disorders program offering comprehensive evaluations and interventions for issues including insomnia, PAP adherence, circadian dysregulation, and chronic nightmares.
