My clients are deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and growth-oriented humans who are ready to live more fully aligned with their truth. Many are navigating life transitions, burnout, spiritual awakening, or the quiet sense that there’s more to life than what they’ve been living. They seek depth, clarity, and real transformation—not surface solutions.
I support deep feelers, seekers, and sensitive souls who’ve learned to hide their needs to keep the peace or stay safe. You may look steady on the outside, but inside, something longs to exhale. If you're tired of holding it all, performing, or quietly carrying the weight, you’re not alone. I offer warm, grounded support to help you meet the parts you’ve tucked away—and come home to your truth, your needs, your self.
My clients are open to exploring all aspects of themselves. They understand that healing is a process, not an overnight fix. Typically my clients are seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. Perhaps they've tried other methods like talk therapy alone but are looking for a new approach. They may struggle with low self-esteem, trauma from their past, or difficulty expressing emotions. They want to reconnect with their innate creativity and be more self-compassionate.
Taking the first step toward healing and growth can be hard! Whether you’re struggling with trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or need support with self-esteem, motivation, or focus, I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I believe everyone has the strength to overcome their struggles and build a fulfilling life!
I am passionate about providing therapeutic support for individuals who might be feeling alone or who do not have an outlet for their innermost thoughts and struggles. I incorporate humor and light-heartedness into my work with my clients, and as a dog mom myself, I love to hear about your furry friends! I hope to empower my clients to take the lead in their own journey and I cater my approaches specifically to the individual and their goals. I am here, to support you, as you invest in yourself!
