Much of my experience has been centered on working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. I also have extensive experience working with healthcare professionals and providing care for individuals involved with the Pennsylvania Nurse Peer Assistance Program (PNAP).
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the steps to face their shame, work on vulnerability and create self awareness within themselves. I serve adults and couples, and my practice serves all populations from 4 years old to 100 years old. Saving Sanity, LLC specializes in disordered eating, body image, EMDR trauma therapy, couples, family, and child therapy. LGBT competent and POC welcome!
My clients are individuals and families navigating life’s transitions, including grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and perinatal mental health. They seek a supportive, affirming space where they feel seen, understood, and empowered. Many are experiencing loss, identity shifts, or relationship challenges. They want to break patterns, build resilience, and find meaning. Together, we work toward healing, self-compassion, and growth in a way that honors their unique experiences.
In our work together, I will support you in your journey towards personal growth, discovery and change. As an Art Therapist, I believe that engaging in the art process has a powerful way of touching the deepest aspects of one's soul. Through creative approaches in therapy, you can connect authentically with yourself and thrive.
During therapy I take a collaborative approach with my clients, working with them to explore their challenges and to grow from them. Over the years I have discovered that my clients value this collaborative approach and are motivated to engage actively in the therapeutic process. They might be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating a life transition, but they are open to exploring these challenges with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
My clients seek clarity with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, PTSD, professional and career issues, college and graduate school issues, stress management, ADD/ADHD, sexual abuse, LGBTQ+, grief, and other concerns. Together we will treat your therapy as a journey that you have the address, and I hold the roadmap.
