Many of us walk through life being triggered by certain events and people without a true understanding of why. My goal is to help you to gain insight into your underlying motivations and roadblocks so that you can restore connection and achieve the change you desire.

Are you a high achiever that is overwhelmed and burnt out? Are you upset at not meeting your goals and expectations? Do you constantly struggle with managing your work-life balance? People might think that you have it all together, but on the inside, you are critical of yourself and disappointed. You also might lack confidence and often find yourself second guessing you decisions. I commonly see high achievers and executives that feel like imposters and worry about upsetting.
We enjoy supporting clients that are struggling with finding healthy, strong connections in relationships. We serve individuals and couples focusing on depression, anxiety. trauma/PTSD and relational issues that may be affecting you. If you are motivated, feel ready to create the change you crave we are here to support you in your journey to a healthier more satisfying life. We have a team that can support your needs.
Are you naturally empathic, potentially having been labeled as “too sensitive” at some point in your life? Is it difficult for you to feel grounded in your true self, even though you might have already done some healing work? Do you want to fully embrace more of your queerness, neurodivergence, or creative identity? In my practice, I support people struggling with the symptoms of trauma, life transitions, relationships, meaning/purpose distress, self-love, & self-connection.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

In a world that often values toughness, being a highly sensitive and soft-hearted person can feel like a burden. We might say “yes” when we really mean “no”. And we may feel like we have to act differently to fit in, even if it means putting others before ourselves. Sometimes it can feel tough to find our inner courage, speak up for what we want, and create positive boundaries.
If you’re anything like me, then you’re highly aware of sensory-input, whether it be lights, sounds, and even the emotional states of others. My clients tend to fall under the Neurodivergent umbrella, and benefit from a sensory-aware environment that also aims to support executive function. My clients may also struggle with depression, participate in nerd-culture, spiritual deconstruction, and are members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Our clients love our gentle, jungly space to let down for a minute and be their unfiltered, weird and awesome selves. Lots of our folks come to us pretty exhausted and burned out, grieving what they thought their lives would be at this point, or overwhelmed with everything going on in 2024. Many here lately are discerning whether they might be neurodivergent. Most are feeling held back and wanting to break into a new era where they're finally enjoying their lives and relationships more.
Are you tired of feeling more anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed than you want to be? Life is tough enough. People may think you have it all together even though you feel like a mess inside. Other times you may feel paralyzed by relatively small decisions. I want to get to know who you are and share realistic and do-able techniques to foster your sense of resilience, balance, and well-being. To get a sense of my approach & personality, check out episode 98 of the podcast Raising Boys and Girls.
Are you finding it harder and harder to connect and be present with your spouse, your children or your friends? Are you struggling with the idea that this version of you is here to stay forever? My goal is to help you understand the whys behind your reactions, the importance of listening to your body and most importantly the joy in reconnecting with yourself and loved ones!

We understand the frustration of having to repear your story over and over — nobody has time for that. As experienced clinicians, we seek out the best of the best to personally curate each and every clinician in our nationwide, private network. It’s time to stop sitting on waitlists and settling for less than what you deserve. When you're our client, you're taken care of. Period.
Whether you're an individual, couple or family, in each 53-minute session, together we identify recurring emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behavior, and then explore alternatives leading to preferred outcomes. A healthy change in one area of your life can have positive/synergistic influences on other areas of your life.
My clients often feel trapped in a high-conflict relationship or dealing with patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in guiding individuals and couples through the challenges of toxic relationship dynamics. My work is centered on helping those whose behaviors don't align with their true sense of self, including survivors of abuse and those looking to break free from harmful patterns. Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space to work gently.
We serve adolescents and adults, through a culturally-sensitive lens. Allied and affirming of all identities, we strive to offer a safe space to those who need it most. We are best known for expertly treating PTSD and the effects of trauma, whether it is recent or very old, chronic or acute, obvious or subtle. As generalists, we also have expertise treating the full range of mental health disorders, adjustment to life transitions, and relationship concerns.
My clients often have experienced complex trauma. I enjoy working with folks who have experienced trauma because it is incredible to see the healing, change, and growth that occurs in therapy for my clients. I feel honored to be a part of that process in an open, non-judgmental way.

I am passionate about my work with teenagers, young adults, and older adults who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Most frequently, I work with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as individuals yearning for change, managing life transitions, dealing with relationship challenges, or looking for coping skills to better handle stress. I also have experience working with clients processing trauma and moving towards safety and stabilization.
I am passionate about working with folks as they heal from past trauma and with those dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual assault, and those who have experienced childhood trauma. Some other areas of focus include depression, life transitions, and women’s issues. I also love working with fellow therapists.
I am passionate about bringing hope into the lives of those with mental health issues and distress in their relationships. Whether a life transition has you feeling anxious and unsteady, or relationship problems are all consuming, I am committed to creating a safe space for individuals and couples to process and explore thoughts, emotions, and wounds. It is possible to reframe and rewrite the stories that become our reality, and I am here to help with that revision process.
I will collaborate with you to create a tailored approach based on your unique needs. My goal is to help you develop healthy relationships with yourself and others, the ability to experience the full spectrum of human emotion, and an invigorated approach to your life, in whatever phase or situation you currently find yourself. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all.
