I work with adults who want to process past trauma and relearn how to feel safe in the present. I often work with people who grew up in dysfunctional families, and have experienced neglect and abuse in close relationships. These experiences often lead to secondary challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. I work with clients to reconnect to their authentic selves.
If you feel like life isn’t what you want it to be, you’re not connecting with others in the way that feels good to you, or if past patterns are no longer serving you, you’re not alone. I work from a place of compassion, understanding, intuition, and humor combined with an extensive array of therapeutic tools to help you reduce discomfort, heal, and engage in the life you want. I welcome the opportunity to work with people of all identities.

I work with folks navigating relationships that run the gamut from the one with themselves, the one with their child(ten), to decades-long marriages to ethical non-monogamy.
Mindfulness has the capacity to catalyze transformational change in a human being.
