Currently, I offer in person and online sessions! I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals! A large percentage of my clients consist of couples in which one person identifies as neurodivergent and the other partner identifies as neurotypical. I work with people who are seeking support for mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, sensory challenges, communication challenges, and difficulty identifying/managing their emotions.

the solution of the problem is always an individual one," wrote CG Jung. We can address whatever is causing you distress, including social or interpersonal behavior patterns that have not been working, or family of origin issues. I will help you to assimilate and integrate the problems, and/or otherwise painful emotions. Together we will help you move toward psychological wholeness and spiritual integrity.
I love helping people look at old patterns of coping and interacting in the world, and seeing how those patterns influence their daily life. I work well with people who want to go under the surface of what's going on and look at what may be lurking underneath. This can understandably bring up some feelings of apprehension, and we will always go at a pace that feels right and safe for you. You're in the driver's seat, and I'm helping to navigate.
At Wild Heart Society, we work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating identity, relationships, and mental health. Our clients seek a therapist who truly understands them—someone affirming, compassionate, and ready to challenge harmful systems. Whether you're exploring gender, healing from trauma, or parenting a trans child, we create a safe, empowering space where you can show up fully and be met with care, respect, and support.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, who face unique stressors resulting from the biases ingrained in our culture. I also focus on men’s mental health issues, as men can be less likely to seek support due to difficulty expressing their emotions and outdated ideas about masculinity. My clients are often experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, life changes, social anxiety, and religious trauma.
I work with adults of all ages who are wanting to create sustainable change on their path to achieving authenticity and wholeness. I believe each individual possess their own unique strengths and knowledge that they can access to overcome obstacles and embrace life transitions.

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, pondering gender and sexuality, wanting to bring your spirituality into sessions, or wanting a space for deep listening, I may be a good fit for you!
My clients are queer, non-traditional, and those who feel like misfits in mainstream spaces. They seek depth, self-awareness, and meaningful growth in their relationships and personal lives. Many navigate identity, unconventional partnerships, or breaking free from societal norms. I provide a space where they can explore without judgment, challenge limiting patterns, and build confidence in their authenticity. Together, we create new ways of relating, healing, and embracing their full selves.

My passion is to assist people who desire to get unstuck, be more confident, feel more relaxed, have more direction, connect with others, feel less irritable, increase satisfaction in their relationships, understand their dreams and are looking for meaning and purpose in their lives.
I enjoy clients from all backgrounds. I seem to have strong connections with those who identify as kinky, polyamorous, LGBTQ+, or formerly religious and who are wanting to navigate those spaces in a more fulfilling way. Belonging to all four of these communities, I have experienced many of the complex feelings that come with living in a way that is not always understood or recognized. I like helping people find new stories to tell about their lives and new ways to live. Be seen. Be heard.
Are you feeling internally conflicted and that is making you stuck and anxious? Maybe that internal conflict is manifesting in conflicts with others? Are you ready to be kinder to yourself?
