My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. While prioritizing physical health through doctors’ visits, exercise, and nutrition has been normalized in society, seeking care for our mental health has historically been stigmatized. Many people never seek psychological help, and others may only seek it when they are experiencing a crisis. Our practice aims to change this. I believe that investing in your psychological health is essential to overall wellbeing, no matter your life circumstances.
